does it mean that example cloudlet has been executed and does it mean that simulation has also ended and i need to create datacentere, host, vm and every thing again?

After the message "Simulation completed." the simulation is ended, if you want try somthing else you start the simulation again.
Look at the examples of cloudsim the exist one (CloudSimExample8.java) that you can modify when the simulation is running.

yes, the simulation is finished, and you carried out only one mission "cloudlet " in vm0.
If you want to understand cloud sim very well, you can start with understanding the basic things " how does cloud sim work ?? ", what is cloudlet, how does it execute" I mean which vm run it", what is broker " it is the most important part in the simulation , and so on . This stuff is very important to understand how the simulation is carried out.
After that, you can see the examples which are already in the cloudsim , they are very easy .. you can understand them very well and then you can improve and modify .
