Which of the IEEE 37 Stds describes the closing time of circuit breakers below 1000V? Please, don’t state a Std just because of its title (page/section, etc). Cheers.

IEEE Std C37.13a-2012 - IEEE Standard for Low-Voltage AC Power Circuit
Breakers Used in Enclosures Amendment 1: Increase of Voltages to 1000 V
AC and Below.
IEEE Std C37.17-2012 - IEEE Standard for Trip Systems for Low-Voltage (1000 V and below) AC and General Purpose (1500 V and below) DC Power Circuit Breakers.
The last one includes minimum requirements for available settings and time delay characteristics as well as operational and calibration requirements.
