I want to create an AI/ML model to predict diabetic neuropathy (see: https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/diabetes/overview/preventing-problems/nerve-damage-diabetic-neuropathies/autonomic-neuropathy). There are some really good articles about this, but none of them specifies a concrete dataset to reproduce the experiments.
