"As it has a breach of copyright" is not proper English. Even if the message were correctly phrased, there may well be an exception to copyright that applies, or it is not considered substantial copying, so there is no reason to delete the article without further explanation from whoever is complaining. People are too scared of unsubstantiated threats.
