I'm research scholar in University of Lahore. I'm doing work on novel approach to detect phishing websites more accurately. i'm confused on these questions listed below. I have read state-of-the-art work on web structure based phishing detection but i couldn't find more work on it.
1) Can i used structure of requested web page to detect web page that is either legitimate or phishing?
2) will structure of web page significant in phishing detection?
3) why researchers not used structure of web page in detection of phishing attacks?
According to my knowledge, detection on phishing on the website might be a smart idea, however, it can't identify others assaults like spam on the grounds that to identify phishing at website level means clients need to visit the page and by tapping the URL of the page implies different assaults install automatically on the system. In addition, phishing pages are the similar to legitimate page, only the form is different.
