I investigate a VHDL-AMS subject. I wonder after writing electrical component coded in VHDL_AMS, can I implementate this with FPGA. Or can I embed this code into FPGA?

VHDL-AMS and Verilog-A are modelling languages only. You cannot synthesized to a specific target.

I second Aneesh's reply. VHDL-AMS you can use only for modelling, not for real time implementation.
Yes, VHDL-AMS is for modeling and simulating AMS circuits. However, maybe you can simulate VHDL code and VHDL-AMS modules in a same environment like ADVanceMS or SystemVision.
