İ need a fpga project(verilog).İt should not be diffucult.it could have for loops in the code.Firstly,it could be about radar sytems,radar imaging systems.I think that i make doppler radar system but ı dont have information about it and İ should implement it in matlab before verilog.can you suggest me your ideas ,please?
Doppler radar is based on cross correlating the sent signal with the received signal to determine the time of trip and then by multiplying the sent signal to the received signal one can get the the doppler shift by low pass filtering.
From the doppler shift one can calculate the speed of the object.
You can build such signal processing by software or hard ware on FPGA.
So, in the end effect and in its simplest form, you need just build a down mixer to get the doppler tone.
You can find similar projects for VHDL on FPGA.
