I have a Li-Cor 6400 machine to measure photosynthesis. I heard that if I need to find out the Vc max of a plant I must use a CO2 mixer. How do I log the data with the CO2 mixer to find out the Vc max? I got outputs like Ci, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance etc, how to calculate the Vcmax from it? Thanks.

First of all, the PDF attached by Svetoslav provides a lot of insight.
To obtain Vc max, you first of all have to carry out A/Ci response measurements on your plants (i.e. measuring net photosynthesis at variable Ci levels) (see Li-Cor manual for the procedure).
Thereafter, several free resources are available on the Li-Cor website for fitting the A/Ci curve to obtain estimates of Vc max and other parameters (see link: http://www.licor.com/env/newsline/2017/09/software-for-fitting-photosynthetic-co2-or-light-response-curves/).
