I would like to examine the impact of a number of factors on the research productivity of faculty members that is, what kind of items could be used to capture how well the faculty members are in terms of scientific research. In other words, are there any developed items that for example cover the ability of researchers to publish in impact factor journals, participation in international conferences....etc.
