I would definitely suggest Kevin Menard's "Dynamic Mechanical Analysis: A Practical Introduction, Second Edition" 

You can also check "Dynamic Mechanical Analysis for Plastics Engineering" from Sepe, M.P. which includes DMA data of many industrial polymers.

In the case of polymer composites I think it would be better to search for the newest journal literature in order to get information regarding the effect of the specific filler you are using  to the DMA spectra.

As a very first starting point , the major manufacturers' websites (Netzch, TA Instruments, Shimadzu, Perkin-Elmer) all offer reasonable introduction material. 

Also basic polymer textbooks, such as Young & Lovell 'Introduction to Polymers'.

Detailed interpretation will always be polymer -type specific, once you decide what you are investigating it is then worth while looking up some relevant research papers.

Here's something that compares DMA with DSC for characterizing fiberglass-reinforced composites.  It's not recent, but may help you get started:

The advice from Ivana K Partridge is very useful. First of all you must visit the site of your (!) manufacturer. As we do not know it, for example, you can visit Mettler Toledo.
