Can Rhizobium fix nitrogen on YMA medium in the anaerobic condition? Is there any possibility to get bacteroids on this medium?

YMA media are used to identify the Rhizobium, so, when bacteria can grow on this media, does it indicate that nitrogen fixation occurs?
