I am going to conduct a survey research . My target population is 150 pre-serive teachers of karakoram international university. I want only those pre-serive teachers who have passed atleast one educational technology course and two pedagogical content courses. If I apply this criteria, I get only 90 students.
Can I survey all 90 students. If yes, what sampling method I can mention for above case....

Purposive sampling. And yes, you can survey all 90 students if you can.

Unless sampling the entire 150 pre-service teachers is costly, you may be missing an easy way to compare those with the courses against a fairly homogeneous comparison group without the courses. I suggest asking everyone to complete your survey along with an additional question about the courses your are interested in - techology and pedagogy.
