If your question does in fact relate to dating of ancient / archaeological human remains (mummies) then 14C dating is the method of choice.

For human remains of modern-day people 14C dating may be used provided a person was born after 1950. This particular application has been termed "bomb curve dating" and relies on the 14C spike in the atmosphere resulting from nuclear weapons testing. However, this method typically gives two points on either flank of the bomb curve as potential DOB. The uncertainty of bomb curve 14C dating is ± a few years.
