The main question is that can it create one day?

You may also explore the word "innovation", where existing process or device is being improved by artificial intelligence.

according to the literature, AI systems have already come up with various new inventions for the use of different industries (healthcare, arts, languages and etc).. it is happening now
It is already in use in the routine production works in the industries, isn't it?
But it is still under under control of the operator/programmer.
If AI make itself free, I don't know what will happen.
