Can anyone tell me what weka does not calculate and that could done using its confusion matrix?

Basically I'm trying to add some functionality that is not there in weka but could be done using python or java by taking the confusion matrix obtained from any of the classifier as input and doing some calculations over it.

So I want to know what can be done or what is the scope.
