please tell me theory about Validity and reliability in SPSS application.because I want to know how do I know the question is not valid in the questionnaire so do not need to be replaced. The people who responded to the questionnaire said that they are not too satisfied with the system they use. When I attempt to analyze in SPSS application, validity must be tested in advance of the reliability.

In the context of questionnaires, validity refers to whether questions actually measure what they are supposed to measure. This can be established through feedback from a pilot application of your instrument or by asking the same questions directly to people so that you can gauge their understanding.
Validity of responses can be increased by the use of simple, easy to understand questions and by occasionally reverse wording questions so that the respondents do not get into the habit of giving positive responses without thinking.
Reliability analysis is a complex statistical process which is supported by SPSS.
