I am working on segmentation of hyperspectral reflectance curve based on absorption features. Presently Convex Hull method is there to divide spectrum into segments. But it is not working properly with my case. So i thought of using some other technique..can anyone suggest me other methods?

But i can suggest you based on Image Processing techniques>
You can use Active Contour and Level set method based segmentation for your images
