Can anyone please help me with transmittance and freeze-thaw test for concrete?

Hi, I would like to perform transmittance test to find out light emitting property of a translucent concrete. This test has to be conducted for a cube size of 150mm. Any labs to do freeze-thaw test in Chennai? or anywhere in India?
