Can anyone please explain (details) with references . The application of LADM in Land Registration and how it can improve LA in a developing Country?.

Land Administration Domain Model is an international standard developed by the Technical Committee ISO/TC 211 (geographic information and geomatics). The standard has the designation ISO 19152:2012 (Geographic information – Land Administration Domain Model), and it has been available since December 1st 2012. To the experts from the field of land and land rights registration, LADM gives an expandable basis for the development of an effective land administration system, but it also enables expansions and adaptation to local needs.
If you designed LA system for developing country from the beginng LADM can help you in the making of cadastral and computer system for LA data. Also if you only improve legal, institutional or maybe computer system of Land Administration LADM can be a good tool or good guideline.
I think for the developing countries betters solution is Social Tenure Domain Model (STDM).
