You can be confident that it is a lobelioid Campanulaceae, quite likely a member of Lobelia itself. That particular corolla shape and colour pattern is frequently matched in Lobelioideae. Besides, the inferior ovary precludes Scrophulariaceae.
I agree with Dr. Narayanan Nair Mohanan. It is Lobelia alsinoides Lam. of Campanulaceae family. It is found at damp places in Southern and Northeastern states of India.
