I want to do Tensile test of Epoxy-carbon composite in Ansys-explicit.In order to use Johnson cook Failure criteria i need material parameters (D1, D2, D3, D4).If you know please share it.
the tensile test can not be processing by ANSYS , because this program need to the modulus of elasticity and poisons ratio, all these properties must determine by tensile test experimental

Which materials parameters you want to know? Elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, tensile strength .... etc. These parameters depends on the composite constituents, volume fractions, fibre orientation, manufacturing method ... etc.
It is important to also consider the type of reinforcement to be used, and also specify the parameters you actual want to test.
Whatever parameters you want to test, they depend on nature of your enforcement whether particles or fibres.
