I am not aware of one specific dataset to measure learning in an online learning environment, but you might be able to find that in Kaggle Datasets. For example, issuing the query "education" brought several education-related datasets, such as the "students' academic performance dataset": https://www.kaggle.com/aljarah/xAPI-Edu-Data

and the "online courses from Harvard and MIT": https://www.kaggle.com/edx/course-study
