For most piezoelectric materials from famous manufacturers, the voltage is limited to 60 V. However, I was able to get near 100V by conducting an experiment in the lab. You might know that the current in contrast is very low.

For harvesting power using piezoelectric devices one should look for power instead of only voltage. That is both voltage as well as charge generated (d.g) by the piezoelectric device should be higher.

Voltage is measured in ref to load resistance. The higher the load resistance Higher is the value.
