by using 2 level pulse generator my output current of the phase connected to capacitor becomes zero with three phase resistive load.my analysis is that a possible switching pattern that gives ample time for the capacitor current to shoot up is needed

For Implementing SPWM for FSTPI in simplest way take two 60 degrees phase shifted sine waves and compare them with a carrier wave and fire the switches directly with those signals.
can you please share the ckt which you are trying to simulate. i might be able to help.
to start with see to that reactive load is completely discharged before the next step starts. so that you can control the charging and discharging.
