I recently received a Decision letter from a Journal that had missing reviewer recommendations from Reviewer 1 to 3. Reviewer 4 is the only one who had a decision recommendation for my paper and they were Rejecting my paper. The other 3 reviewers had relatively good comments but their decision recommendation was hidden or not in the decision letter. Is this normal or is something fishy? My paper was rejected outright but the other 3 reviewers had decent comments. Is it Professional for an Editor to hide the decision recommendations of Reviewers that are positive about the paper?
