Question one(1) of my research is looking at the responsibilities of a Construction Manager, then I came across this statement. Kindly be in detail for me. I do not understand it.

The major job description of a construction manager are:
1) Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
2) Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
3) Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Therefore, the construction manager is in no way expected to preempt the responsibilities of other professionals attached to the project.
