It's a simple but relevant question that I'd like to address to all researchers in this site. Possible answers I guess you could give are:
a) Yes, absolutely
b) Well ... yes though everything can be improved
c) Not really but I will sent it for review.
d) Not at all. In fact I will not send it for review.
e) No, but considering there is no more time and money and I have to publish, it needs to be submitted now.

As a researcher, one should never be happy with what one has achieved , there is always room for improvement ! As for me, I feel one should always try for betterment, so when u go through what u have put down in black and white, there is always something that can be improved ! So I go with answer (b)
One of the major challenges facing authors today is the inability to pay the huge sums associated with publication levied on us by publishers....it is really demeaning and it inhibits ones desire to publish.

I don't have any doubt about the validity of data if I start to write the manuscript. That I am rarely satisfied with is my ability to discuss the data and compare it to literature.
I absolutely agree with Ewa regarding the difference between the quality control and your personal satisfaction.
Indeed my question was targeted to the latest.
Does anyone of you know of any study regarding this issue in particular (satisfaction of scientists in their papers)? It's quite interesting, isn't it?
