Yes, I would be interested in either.. Research about making emails "easier" to read or simply more effective use of time... or simply suggestions.... People have suggested to me: 1) Keep emails BRIEF; 2) Put what you want them to focus on in the Subject line 3) Edit your emails 4) Never respond to an email if have an emotional response - wait a day or so... But would love to hear other people's suggestions....
