If the researcher does not respect these conditions should not be considered worthy to evolve or produce science. This rule is fundamental. Otherwise, it is plagiarism and may be criminalized.

While i try my level best to do whatever i can do but i guess real-life perfectionism is not a possibility, so i believe whatever gaps we leave must be addressed limitations to our research.
