I have been out of research for a while and I am trying to get back. I am looking for someone who is willing to mentor me, working in the nutrition researcher area. My research interests are in food security, food systems & indigenous African foods.
I think in keeping with current times, the impact of Covid19 on Food Security can be a very fertile area of research. Obviously it can be streamlined further to exactly what you wish to measure, deduct or induce.
