I would like to know about the non-invasive methods available to test the Plasma in Blood , for the treatment of von willie Brand disorder. I have a research proposal to find a solution for the Von Willie Brand disorder using cloud computing. May I find any scientist working in this domain. Could I expect any guidance to proceed in this research? Thank you!

Dear Mr.Peter, Thank you for your response. My research is about development of Internet of Things based healthcare solutions. I have an idea to develop an early alert system to hemophilia patients to prevent unexpected bleeding episodes. Particularly for the VWBfactor patients. The clinical report I examined,has shown that the lower levels of blood clotting factors in the blood is responsible for the bleeding episode. The only way of treating these patients , as recommended by the physicians, is the plasma transfusion on requirement. Is there any possibility to identify the levels of plasma in blood in a noninvasive method.
The present method I have adapted, is a machine learning technique, that takes the previous records of bleeding episodes and amount of fluids tranfused in to the patient and predicts the next bleeding episode using a machine learning algorithm. I find it less efficient. Hence, I am planning to take real time sensor data and apply the learning algorithm. The non-invasive methods are the best choice for the hemophilia patients.So, I have an idea to measure blood thickness by any noninvasive methods and take the real time blood thickness variation as a parameter to predict the next bleeding episode.
I wish to take two suggestions
1. Is it possible to sense the real time thickness of blood in any non-invasive method?
2. May I find a mentor who is working on this field?

According to your questions, non-invasive treatment includes hemostyptics and DDAVP in vWD type I. Otherwise, the mainstay is vW factor substitution (which is invasive due to intravenous administration) either on-demand or prophylactic, usually in more severe cases such as vWD type III
