Let's assume the following situation: When purchasing a particular product, the selling company also delivers a quality assurance program (QAP) for that product.
How to know if the program that was delivered is complete? How to tell if the QAP has all the items he should have?
You could:
- Ask the selling company in writing, whether their QAP is complete. Mention liability if it is not, but make it not sound to much like a threat.
- Ask other customers if you know some.
- Think for yourself what else could go wrong, and if such a malfunction can be detected beforehand.
