I want to implement an approach for resource allocation for D2D communications. In the underlay mode, the resources can be reused for D2D communications provided that reutilization of these do not affect other users already being served in such resources. So my questions are the following
1) Is it possible to have an interference map at the eNB (or D2D UE) of the interference level sensed by each D2D UE over a set of RBs? How can interference be estimated by the eNB (or D2D UE)?
2) Are there any mathematical tools for modeling interference coming from other users within the same eNB or neighboring eNBs?
Interference model depends on the kind of Mac mechanism (For example CSMA , TDMA ....) which is responsible of managing the access to the channel and try to avoid packet collision.
In literature, interference could be estimated by many indicators, for examples: SIR( Signal to Interference Rate), SINR (Signal to Noise and Interference Rate), BER (Bit Error Rate), PER (Packet Error Rate), PDR (Packet Delivery Rate), PLR (Packet loss rate).....
