Plantibody is a plant which dna have manipulated to make vaccine, mAb, or something like that. I asked my lecturer if it's still being developed but when I read some journals, it has released in market. So, I confused is it still developed or released in market now?

I am not aware that any is relaesed to the market. BUT: if if there is a case (would be nice if somebody announces it here), then there would be still development: a single or a few antibodies would not cover everything, and of course the production system itself can be further optimized.
The only plant-derived, biotechnology product is a supplemental protein/enzyme to cure a rare disease (don't remember right now which one), which is produced in carrot cell cultures.
With the current discussions about fighting Ebola, there is also a developemtn of plantibodies in tobacco.It has been established by a german company and in the US they now try to develop it further: http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20140805/NATION/308050048
There is not yet a publication on that (I guess, therefore the regular newspaper article).
