The research aims to investigate how personal values are exhibited by academic professionals when engaging in learning and teaching with business undergraduate students. While research shows that academic professionality is the character of professional work which includes quality of work and the standards that guide the action, it is unclear on how personal values of learning influence the same. Academics’ view could demonstrate whether the personal, academic values of learning are important, and more importantly how they are exhibited in learning and teaching engagement with students.
