I met the same problem this afternoon. I tried many times and finally I found it can work well if check "Skip longest flow". Hope it will help you.

Thanks Yu and Leelambar for your suggestions. I tried, however it didn't work. Finally today I fixed. The error came because there was a another file regardless of delineation opened in the window which was not projected. Once I closed that file, it works.

It will work if you make sure the coordinate system of the layers is the same with raster data,

I solved that problem by using the same coordinate system for DEM (raster), subbasin (shapefile), and stream (shapefile) files. It should be projected coordinate system
