Is there a particular platform that can implement both classic and bio-inspired routing protocols for Vehicular Networks (VANETs), I read about INET simulator of OMNET++ witch is designed for MANETs
And what are the Network simulators those work with (such as SUMO) to provide mobility patterns

The network simulators NS2, NS3, Qualnet also provide mobility of nodes. manuals give more detailed information

where OMNet++ is coupled with SUMO.
You can also use ns-3 and SUMO. They're not so perfectly coupled as Veins, but are suitable for a relatively easy functioning with each other.
