i am trying to formulating one formulation but the problem i am facing is after formulating and adjusting it's pH, when i try to check pH after 7 days it is getting down towards the acidic side.
How can i stop this? which buffer or combination of buffers i can use ?

In my view, perhaps your solution formulation contains a basic compound that can capture CO2 from the environment (in case your solution was not tightly covered), if it doesn't the case, maybe your solution was not stable, releasing hydronium into the solution.
Suggestion:
If your solution was initially in acidic pH, you can use an acidic buffer (e.g., acetic acid + sodium acetate) for the next formulation if it can't be judged anymore due to the exact formulation prescribed. If the solution was initially in basic pH, you can use a basic buffer (e.g., ammonium hydroxide + ammonium chloride) for the next formulation. Then, If it was initially neutral pH, you can use a neutral buffer (e.g., ammonium hydroxide + acetic acid) for the next formulation. The formulation of each buffer solution would be different based on which exact pH do you want. Simply, as another option, you can order and use a ready buffer solution in the market that is safe for your formulation objectives.

so the formulation on its initial pH was in acidic pH, then i adhusted it around 6.40 but after keeping that formulation for next 2 days to 7 days, the pH starts coming down in acidic pH again. So if i use buffer you suggested will it help to stop this ?

Yes Sir, it will help to keep the pH. However, a buffer solution has the capacity as well which can limit how much the amount of OH-/H+ needed to increase or to decrease one unit of pH.
In your case, i think the pH change was not really big, so the common buffer solution can help keep your pH solution.
