In India private public partnerships are being done in the field of education, especially skill development related fields. 

To study how private-public partnerships can be viewed as the possibility of a business takeover of education. That would be interesting: the capitalisation of public education would be the focus.

I am also interest in early childhood partnerships, training early childhood teachers, developing distance education, and higher education and adult learning partnerships also.
