Is it safe to anneal the alloys above 0.6 Tm of the alloy for solidification purpose?
The main purposes of annealing are decrease stresses and recrystallisation. The temperature and duration of heating depend on the chemical composition and other properties of alloys. You should see reference books in each case.
I want to complete my research work by studying properties and applications of alloy powders.
