Try "pip install numpy" on the prompt of your operating system. You do not need to start a python terminal.

If the prompt do not recognize the pip call, you need to set it on the system path.

If you are using Anaconda, is just start the anaconda prompt, and type the same "pip install numpy".

If you want to use anaconda to install the models, you should use "conda install numpy".

I didn't pay attention when I've typed the command for the anaconda prompt. Is exactly the one that Hemen Hosseini defined: conda install numpy.

Althought using pip will work too, prefer to use conda on anaconda prompt.
