I have been working with artificial neural networks since 1986. It seemed to me that we were striving to reach the level of insects. And I do not quite understand some modern statements on this topic. Let us recall the known facts: 1. If we consider the human brain as an analogue of an artificial neural network, then it cannot be written into the genome: at least one and a half million genomes are needed. 2. This is such a large neural network that it cannot be taught to the limit of learning not only in one life, but also in many lives. In this regard, the question: is there a developer of so-called artificial intelligence who seriously and not for business believes that his creation will soon surpass man, and is ready to swear this on the Bible, the Koran, and the Torah?
