Has anyone successfully implemented Actigraph with elderly inpatient population?

It appears that default setting does not pick up slow movement, but with LFE on, it become too sensitive and picked up too many steps. Our population use rolling walker.

Any advice on collecting steps from elderly inpatient population? should we use specific algorithm?
