I agree with the identification of colleague K. Kaliyamurthy: Saurauia roxburghii.
In the photographs, the leaves, their nerves and the somewhat fleshy appearance of the petioles and the young branch reminded me of some American Saurauia.
However, the very closed flowers, with petals scarcely extended or patent and also the scarcity of clothing - characteristically - made me erroneously discard Actinidaceae and suggest Sapotaceae, in the absence of other floral characters.
