No, It is not Agrostophyllum khasianum

This is Pholidota imbricata Hook., a wide spread Orchid with distribution in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, 

Thailand etc

Yes, it is Pholidota genus, but only plant having flowers can be identified.

They leaves are very long and it can be Pholidota pallida, if in India this species exist

No, the above plant is Coelogyne pallida (= Pholidota pallida).
