Identification from photograph is not a good thing. But when it is needed please upload photographs showing distinctive characters.
From the photograph it could be a species of Ophiorrhiza of Rubiaceae or some member of Acanthaceae family. Clear characters to distinguish family is not in the picture.
Kindly upload it on FB page "Plant Wealth of India" or "Indian Flora" or Google Group 'efloraofindia". I am sure, you will get your answer.
