Dear All,
Need your expert opinion about this orchid
regards,
Rishad
It is surely not an Orchid. It is an epiphytic Pteridophyte Drymoglossum piloselloides.
It looks like Pteridophyte..........................
Surely it is an orchid plant but difficult to identify without flowers.
try hard to collect flower but cant:(
It's an orchid but orchids are wide in diversity and difficult to identify without flowers. I can only suggest you check with your local Herbarium and Flora. It resembles some West African species of Diaphananthe - maybe that would give you a clue!
Good luck!
thanks a lot Dipti Das it's definitely Drymoglossum piloselloides
Very interesting. Well done Dipti.
Drymoglossum is correct, the sporangium is seen clearly on the fronds.
It is surely a fern.
