I have not seen this speces in our region. Sure its Meliaceae as the fruits are similar to Neem.Meliaiazadirachta and since others say Clussena brvistyla,it may be true
Upload detail description of the plant for correct identification of the plant. The correct identity of a plant can not be confirmed by number of people agreeing on a name of by voice vote. The identification given so far vary, one has looked at characters, some agree on the genus some differ on families. If you are a taxonomist you should upload detail description, images, details of its locality and habitat for correct identification. If you are non taxonomist consult a taxonomist in your town/city. My suggestions to non taxonomists is that they should have basic knowledge of how go about identification. Most non taxonomists think that taxonomists are service providers and are looked down up on. The so called specialist from other branches of biology think that taxonomy is no science (unfortunately they do not what taxonomy is and try assess based on impact factor of our publications which is pity) Whole world including India is facing shortage of taxonomists. To document all bioresources we need armies of taxonomists for all biodiversity rich countries. Even oldest taxonomic centers like RBG, Kew have budget cuts/shortage of funds (I think even retrenchments also!). Governments hardly think of creating opportunities for taxonomists. Every signatory of CBD and GSPC targets discuss and debate but taxonomic impediment continues. Unless Governments takes policy decision to create opportunities for taxonomists millions of species of plants, Algae, Fungi, Animals and microbes disappear even before they are known to Science and those which are documented.Humans as a single largest species is responsible for fast approaching 6th Mass extinctions on Planet Earth.
I am sorry to digress from the issue in hand but these are the feelings that come to my mind after more than 3 decades of practicing taxonomy.
All countries should join to prepare a database of taxonomists with groups/family/Genus of their specialisation.
